Medium Density Fibre Board(MDF)

When it involves MDF boards, it’s an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals to wood fibers, often during a defibrator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying heat and pressure. MDF boards is usually denser than plywood. it’s made from separated fibers, but are often used as a artifact similar in application to plywood. it’s stronger and far denser than fiberboard .

PLAIN MDF BOARD

MDF board, or medium-density fiberboard, is an engineered wood product. it’s produced to high technical specifications, with a fine and smooth surface. This plain MDF board is out there in several sizes and thickness to suit a good range of applications. Currently, it’s primarily wont to construct wooden floors, doors, partitions, furniture and more.

  • Thickness : 3.0 up to 40mm
  • Size : 1220mm*2440mm, 1830mm*3660mm

LAMINATED MDF BOARD

The MDF Boards are available in wood grain finish also as several different colors. These boards are designed and developed at par with the set guidelines within the industry to achieve highest benchmarks of quality. With an aim to achieve maximum client satisfaction, these boards are often customized for bulk requirements.

  • Thickness : 3.0 upto 40mm
  • Size : 1220mm*2440mm, 1830mm*3660mm

HIGH MOISTURE RESISTANT MDF – HMR MDF BOARD

Moisture resistant MDF board is employed in places with high humidity levels. as compared to plain MDF board, Moisture Resistant MDF board (or HMR MDF) contains a moisture-repellent resin which provides it a far better moisture resistant rating. However, HMR MDF shouldn’t be mistaken to be waterproof as it’s still susceptible to swelling and warping if in direct contact with such elements.

  • Thickness : 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 18mm
  • Size : 1220mm*2440mm
  • One side and both side white laminates

FIRE RETARDANT MDF BOARD

MDF FR are non-load-bearing boards with improved fire retardant properties and are manufactured in compliance with European standard EN 622-5 where they’re defined as boards for general use in dry conditions. MDF FR are increasingly used particularly publicly spaces where stringent fire regulations must be met. Boards meet strict requirements which include improved fire resistance and particularly the power to not contribute to fireside spread and to not form burning droplets. consistent with EN 13501-1 boards are classified B-s2, d0 in terms of reaction to fireside . Boards are produced red-colored fiber as standard.

  • Thickness : 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 18mm
  • Size : 1220mm*2440mm

VENEER MDF BOARD

Veneered MDF (A/B) is formed up from quality real wood veneers bonded to premium MDF. The core is MDF is with a 0.6mm veneer on each side to make the finished size. Veneer features an A grade face and a B grade face. Flat slicing produces a crown cut veneer which provides a more figured face. Solid Timber and Real Wood Veneers are natural products. each bit is exclusive , variation in shading, colour, structure, grain and therefore the inclusion of knots and fissures are characteristics of the merchandise . Veneered MDF is a perfect alternative to solid woods and it’s used for variety of purposes including making furniture , kitchen cabinets, panel mouldings, dining sets, fire surrounds and lots of more. thanks to its smooth and stable surfaces MDF is additionally used for decorative wood or laminate veneers and it can easily be drilled and move specific sizes
