WE DELIVER, WHAT WE PROMISE !
COMMERCIAL PLYWOOD
Commercial plywood is of MR grade (Moisture resistant) grade. Note that ‘moisture resistant’ isn’t an equivalent as being ‘waterproof’. It only means the plywood can withstand some amount of moisture, dampness and humidity. The adhesive used for bonding the plies together is Urea formaldehyde.Commercial plywood is most ordinarily utilized in the making of home and furniture , and interior decoration work like paneling, partitions.

FILM FACED PLYWOOD

Film faced plywood is lightweight, immune to corrosion attack and water, easily combined with other materials and straightforward to wash and cut. Treating the film faced plywood edges with waterproof paint makes it highly water and wear-resistant. Thanks to its durability and simply handled surface it are often utilized in open environment in construction and building e.g. warehouses, railway wagons, floors and sidewalls of trucks etc. Coating the film faced plywood with high quality import films ensures hardness and damage resistance. The surface of the film faced plywood is hygienic and immune to strong detergents, which is vital for farming constructions and storage of food products. It are often utilized in conditions of the high-temperature drop, the influence of moisture, detergent cleaning and provides protection against termites.

FLEXIBLE PLYWOOD
This flexible plywood panel is usually called ‘Bendy plywood’ or ‘Flexi-ply’, and is employed extensively in furniture and shop fitting, wherever curves are desirable, thus demanding a panel that’s extremely flexible. Plywood with this versatile characteristic is manufactured from specially treated veneers, usually with a thinner central core veneer and two thicker ‘tenderized’ outer veneers. The special construction of particular species of veneers gives a strangely large degree of flexibility and offers a most cost-effective way of manufacturing rounded columns and other curved structures of very small radius in rounded or S-shaped structures without water or the necessity for heat-forming. Flexible Plywood are often easily bent to shape. The precise bending radii need to be determined in accordance with the sort of surface finishing required and therefore the extent of the surface to be treated.

- Thickness & Size : 3 mm , 5 mm, 8mm/8’*4′

VENEER PLYWOOD

Compared to wood, one among the first advantages of using veneer is stability. While solid wood are often susceptible to warping and splitting, because veneer is formed of thin layers of wood glued together, the probabilities of splitting or cracking are reduced. Further, the glue used provides additional strength, making the top result stronger than natural wood. Some projects built using wood veneer wouldn’t be possible to construct using solid lumber, due to expansion and contraction caused by fluctuation of temperature and humidity. Another advantage of veneer is sustainability—furniture made with wood veneer uses less wood than an equivalent piece of furniture made with solid wood. Further, veneer can also be more readily available than solid wood as exotic hardwood lumber are often scarce and really expensive.

Blockboard is formed from a core of softwood strips. These strips could also be up to about 25mm wide. The strips are placed edge to edge and sandwiched between veneers of hardwood. The sandwich is then glued under high .
